We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to lead groups on guided tours, providing engaging, informative, and entertaining experiences. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for storytelling, and in-depth knowledge of the locations, history, and culture relevant to the tours.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Greet and welcome tour participants with enthusiasm and professionalism.

2) Conduct guided tours, providing insightful commentary on historical sites, cultural landmarks, museums, nature trails, or other attractions.

3) Answer questions and engage with guests to enhance their experience.

4) Ensure the safety and comfort of tour participants throughout the journey.

5) Follow the planned tour itinerary while being flexible to accommodate guests’ interests.

6) Handle unexpected situations, such as weather changes or delays, in a calm and professional manner.

7) Keep up-to-date with historical facts, cultural insights, and other relevant knowledge to improve tour quality.

8) Adhere to company policies, local regulations, and safety guidelines.
