Handle telephone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Preferred)
Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management or Hospitality (Desirable)
Freshers can apply; experience in front office is an added advantage
