📌 Job Summary

Guest Service Executive (Front Office) ka role hotel/hospitality establishment ke front desk operations ko efficiently manage karna hota hai. My main focus is to provide a warm welcome, smooth check-in/check-out, and high-quality customer service to our guests, which helps maintain guest satisfaction and organizational reputation.


🏨 Key Responsibilities

Front Office Operations

  1. Guests ka check-in aur check-out process professionally handle karna
  2. Reservation details verify karna aur room allocation manage karna
  3. Front desk par daily operations smooth aur organized rakhna
  4. Guest records aur documents maintain karna

Guest Handling & Customer Service

  1. Guests ka polite aur courteous manner me welcome karna
  2. Guest queries, requests aur complaints ko effectively resolve karna
  3. Guest satisfaction ensure karna aur service quality standards follow karna
  4. Special guest requirements ko concerned departments ke saath coordinate karna

System & Administrative Tasks

  1. Property Management System (PMS) aur hotel software ka use karna
  2. Billing, cash handling aur invoice generation me support dena
  3. Daily front office reports, MIS aur shift handover maintain karna

Coordination & Communication

  1. Housekeeping, F&B aur other departments ke saath coordination karna
  2. Telephone aur email communication professionally handle karna
  3. Management ko guest feedback aur issues report karna

Compliance & Standards

  1. Hotel SOPs, service standards aur organizational policies follow karna
  2. Health, safety aur hygiene norms ka dhyan rakhna
  3. Guest information ki confidentiality maintain karna

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  1. Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / ITI / Diploma (Hospitality preferred)
  2. Basic computer knowledge aur front office systems ka exposure
  3. Hospitality / customer service me prior experience preferred
