Position Overview

Niram Service Pvt Ltd is seeking a TOT-Certified Trainer for the job role Call Center Executive (TEL/Q0100) under the NSQF framework. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, candidate counselling, monitoring performance, and ensuring outstanding training outcomes with a guarantee of 95% result rate.

Educational Qualification & Eligibility (As per NSQF / SSC Guidelines)

Minimum Qualification:
• 12th pass or Graduate/Diploma (preferred) in any discipline — as suited to NSQF qualifications for TEL/Q0100.

Trainer Certification:
TOT Certified (Train-the-Trainer) by the respective Sector Skill Council (Telecom SSC or relevant SSC), aligned with NSQF standards.
• Domain certification in the job role TEL/Q0100 – Customer Care Executive (Call Center) with a minimum accepted score as per SSC guidelines (usually 80% or above).

Experience: (One of the below)
✔ 12th pass with minimum 4 years in Customer Care/Call Centre, including at least 1 year of training or supervisory experience.
✔ Diploma/Graduate with minimum 2 years in Customer Care/Call Centre, including at least 1 year training/supervisory experience.
(Experience must demonstrate strong call centre functional understanding and training delivery capabilities.)

Skills Required:
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse learner groups & motivate for performance and placements.
• Strong planning, documentation, and reporting skills.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  1. Counselling & Mobilization
    • Conduct pre-training counselling to understand candidate aspirations and suitability.
    • Guide candidates on course expectations and outcomes.
  2. Training Delivery
    • Deliver training as per the Module Curriculum designed by the Sector Skill Council for TEL/Q0100.
    • Use effective adult learning methodologies—role play, real-time simulation, case studies, etc.
  3. Attendance & Discipline Monitoring
    • Maintain daily attendance records.
    • Track candidate progress and ensure high participation.
  4. Reporting & Documentation
    • Prepare and submit Daily MIS Reports on training progress, attendance, and performance.
    • Maintain all training documentation as per SSC/NSDC/NCVET guidelines.
  5. Pre-Assessment
    • Conduct pre-assessments to gauge baseline competencies and plan delivery accordingly.
  6. Assessment & Certification Readiness
    • Prepare trainees for SSC assessments and final certification tests.
    • Ensure candidates understand assessment patterns and criteria.
  7. Motivation & Placement Support
    • Encourage candidates to achieve good grades, build confidence, and prepare for placement opportunities.
    • Work closely with placement teams for candidate readiness.
  8. Training Outcome Assurance
    • Ensure training effectiveness with a 95% result guarantee, focusing on high competency attainment.
