Role Overview

D Succeed Learners Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a high-performing Digital Marketing Manager with proven expertise in Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, Keyword Strategy, and Sales Data Analysis.

This role goes beyond running ads. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical thinking to deeply read campaign and sales data, identify conversion bottlenecks, and determine why leads convert—or fail to convert—into sales.

You will be responsible for high-intent keyword strategy, revenue-focused campaign execution, and advanced reporting, directly impacting both B2B and B2C growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Keyword Strategy

  • Develop and execute high-intent keyword strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Map keywords across the buyer journey (Informational, Consideration, Transactional)
  • Perform deep search term audits to eliminate wasted ad spend
  • Scale profitable keywords while controlling CPL and ROI

2. B2B & Sales Funnel Data Analysis

  • Analyze lead and sales data to identify automatic B2B partnerships vs high-touch sales accounts
  • Identify leak points in the lead funnel using data-backed insights
  • Align marketing data with sales outcomes to improve conversion quality

3. Advanced Excel & Data Reporting

  • Build automated dashboards using Power Query, Pivot Tables & Advanced Excel
  • Create keyword-level ROI reports (beyond CPC & CPL metrics)
  • Track performance at campaign, keyword, audience, and sales-conversion levels

4. Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Manage end-to-end paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search & Display), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn
  • Perform continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
  • Optimize campaigns based on keyword intent, sales feedback, and data insights

Technical Skills Required

Keyword & Search Strategy

  • Expert-level keyword research and management
  • Hands-on experience with Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs
  • Strong expertise in negative keyword strategy to reduce irrelevant traffic

Advanced Excel (Mandatory)

  • Expert command of VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
  • Ability to merge marketing leads with CRM & sales datasets
  • Capability to manage large datasets and automate weekly/monthly reports

Advertising Platforms

  • Advanced expertise in Google Ads (Search & Display)
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Data Interpretation

  • Ability to read between numbers and identify user intent
  • Strong decision-making based on performance metrics and sales behavior

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
  • Experience: Proven experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
  • Strong background in lead generation, paid campaigns, and data analysis
