Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Inside Sales Executives who can engage prospective students, understand their career needs, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sales mindset and excellent communication skills.
Eligibility & Experience
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive / Inside Sales Executive
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and closures
- Strong understanding of Education Sales (GIS sales exposure is an advantage)
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- High persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling ability
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the organization
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students via calls and follow-ups
- Provide professional counseling on courses and learning programs
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments and revenue
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process
