🎯 Role Overview

The Back Office Associate – Financial Services is responsible for supporting front-office and operations teams by managing documentation, data processing, transaction support, and compliance-related tasks. The role ensures smooth internal operations and accurate record-keeping within financial processes.


🧾 Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and update client and transaction records accurately
  2. Process financial documents such as KYC, account opening, loans, insurance, and investment forms
  3. Perform data entry and verification in internal systems and databases
  4. Assist in reconciliation of financial records and reports
  5. Support compliance and audit requirements as per regulatory guidelines
  6. Coordinate with internal departments for operational support
  7. Handle emails, MIS reports, and internal communication
  8. Ensure confidentiality and data security of financial information
  9. Track pending cases and follow up for closures

🛠️ Key Skills & Competencies

  1. Strong data entry and documentation skills
  2. Basic understanding of financial products (Banking, Loans, Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc.)
  3. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Good analytical and organizational skills
  6. Ability to work with deadlines
  7. Basic knowledge of compliance and KYC norms
  8. Good written communication skills

🎓 Educational Qualification

  1. Graduate / Undergraduate (Commerce preferred)
  2. Certification in Finance / Banking (optional)

💼 Experience

  1. Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in back-office or financial operations
  2. Experience in banking, NBFC, insurance, or fintech will be an advantage
