Job Title: Assembly Line Operator

Job Summary:
The Assembly Line Operator is responsible for assembling products on the production line, operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations while following safety and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor assembly line machinery and equipment
2. Assemble components as per work instructions and SOPs
3. Perform quality checks to identify defects or deviations
4. Maintain production targets within defined timelines
5. Follow workplace safety rules and use PPE at all times
6. Handle tools and materials efficiently
7. Support basic machine maintenance and cleaning activities
8. Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and 5S practices on the shop floor
9. Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow

Skills & Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of manufacturing or assembly operations
2. Ability to operate machines and hand tools
3. Understanding of safety and quality standards
4. Good attention to detail and time management
5. Physically fit to work in shifts and standing positions
6. Team-oriented with a disciplined work approach

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Minimum 10th / 12th pass or ITI (preferred)
2. Prior experience in assembly line or factory work (preferred)
3. Freshers can also apply

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Technical Education : ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics

Certificate : Yes

Industrial Certificate : Industry experience
