🌠Role Overview
Shri Vandana is seeking a highly skilled and TOT-Certified Trainer to deliver NSQF-aligned training for the Telecom Technician – IoT Devices/Systems (TEL/Q6210) program. The role focuses on high-quality training delivery, learner engagement, and achieving superior certification and placement outcomes in the Telecom & IoT domain.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Candidate Counselling & Orientation
- Conduct structured counselling and induction sessions for candidates.
- Guide learners on course structure, assessments, certification, and career pathways.
🔹 NSQF-Aligned Training Delivery
- Deliver theory and practical sessions strictly as per Sector Skill Council-approved curriculum.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer using modern training methodologies and hands-on demonstrations.
🔹 Attendance & Batch Management
- Monitor and maintain daily attendance records.
- Ensure learner discipline, punctuality, and engagement.
🔹 MIS & Documentation
- Prepare and submit daily MIS reports covering attendance, training progress, and learner performance.
- Maintain complete and audit-ready training documentation.
🔹 Pre-Assessment & Skill Evaluation
- Conduct pre-assessments to evaluate baseline skills.
- Identify learning gaps and implement corrective training measures.
🔹 Assessment & Certification Readiness
- Prepare candidates for SSC assessments and certification through mock tests, revisions, and practice sessions.
🔹 Motivation & Placement Readiness
- Mentor and motivate candidates to achieve high grades and professional discipline.
- Encourage placement readiness and long-term career growth.
🔹 Outcome Accountability
- Ensure effective training delivery with a target of minimum 95% assessment success rate, subject to eligibility and attendance norms.
🎓 Trainer Eligibility (NSQF & SSC Norms)
✅ Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Graduation in Electronics, Telecom, IT, Computer Science, Electrical, or allied engineering disciplines.
✅ Mandatory Certification
- Valid TOT Certification from the respective Sector Skill Council for TEL/Q6210.
✅ Experience
- Relevant industry experience in Telecom, IoT Devices/Systems, or Networking domains.
- Prior experience in NSQF / SSC / Government skill training programs preferred.
