Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass
Good knowledge of Masala / Spice Machine Operations
Experience:
Experienced candidates only (experience in spice/masala manufacturing preferred)
Job Summary:
The Masala Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining spice grinding and blending machines to ensure smooth production operations. The role involves handling raw spices, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, performing basic machine adjustments, and supporting efficient daily production as per company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate spice grinding, mixing, and blending machinery as per production schedules.
- Load raw spices into machines and monitor processing to achieve required quality standards.
- Set up machines and perform minor calibrations and adjustments when required.
- Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance to ensure hygiene and smooth functioning.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Report machine issues or production deviations to the supervisor.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in masala/spice machine operations
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and quality control
