Position Overview
PADMA RANJEETA EDUCATION TRUST invites applications from highly motivated, technically proficient, and result-oriented Trainers for the Solar PV Installer (Suryamitra – SGJ/Q0101) program.
The Trainer will play a pivotal role in delivering industry-aligned, NSQF-compliant skill training, ensuring quality learning outcomes, high certification success, and placement readiness of candidates in the renewable energy sector.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct structured counselling and orientation sessions for candidates
• Deliver theory and practical training strictly as per SSC-approved curriculum (SGJ/Q0101)
• Ensure compliance with NSQF standards, SCGJ guidelines, and training SOPs
• Demonstrate Solar PV installation, commissioning, testing, and basic maintenance practices
• Maintain accurate daily attendance and batch records
• Monitor trainee progress, discipline, and learning outcomes
• Prepare and submit daily MIS reports and required training documentation
• Conduct pre-assessments, mock tests, and internal evaluations
• Identify skill gaps and provide remedial training and mentoring
• Prepare candidates for final assessment and SSC certification
• Ensure assessment eligibility, documentation, and readiness of trainees
• Motivate candidates for placements and achievement of higher performance grades
• Support placement readiness through technical and employability guidance
• Ensure a minimum 95% certification and result success rate per batch
• Adhere to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and compliance requirements
• Support audits, inspections, and monitoring visits by SSC or project authorities
Eligibility Criteria (As per NSQF)
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess any one of the following:
✔ ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical / Fitter
✔ B.Tech / BE in Electrical/ Mechanical / Civil / Electrical & Electronics
✔ M.Sc (Physics) or equivalent qualification
Mandatory Certification
✔ Trainer must be TOT Certified for Solar PV Installer (Suryamitra – SGJ/Q0101) by the Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ)
✔ Valid and active Trainer Certification mapped to the job role
Industry Experience
• ITI / Diploma Holders: Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Graduate / Post-Graduate Candidates: Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning, O&M, or training delivery will be preferred
