Position Overview
Pipal Tree Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for a qualified and TOT-certified Solar PV Installer (Suryamitra) Trainer to deliver skill-based training aligned with NSQF standards and the Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ) curriculum.
The Trainer will be responsible for end-to-end candidate engagement—from counselling and training delivery to assessment preparation, certification support, and placement motivation—ensuring high-quality outcomes and a minimum 95% success rate.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Training & Delivery
✔ Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions strictly as per the SSC-approved curriculum (SGJ/Q0101)
✔ Ensure adherence to NSQF guidelines, training hours, and competency standards
Candidate Counselling
✔ Counsel candidates on course structure, learning outcomes, career pathways, and placement opportunities
✔ Address candidate concerns and provide continuous academic guidance
Attendance & MIS
✔ Monitor and maintain daily attendance records
✔ Prepare and submit Daily MIS reports covering attendance, training progress, and observations
Assessment Readiness
✔ Conduct pre-assessments to evaluate trainee preparedness
✔ Prepare candidates for final assessment and certification by SCGJ/NSDC
Motivation & Placement Support
✔ Motivate candidates to achieve high grades and employability readiness
✔ Encourage discipline, professionalism, and placement participation
Performance Outcome
✔ Ensure minimum 95% assessment success rate
✔ Maintain training quality and compliance with SSC audit requirements
Trainer Eligibility Criteria (As per NSQF & SCGJ)
Mandatory Certification
✔ Trainer of Trainers (TOT) Certified by Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ) for Solar PV Installer (Suryamitra – SGJ/Q0101)
Educational Qualification
✔ ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical
OR
✔ B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics
Experience Requirement
✔ Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience (for ITI / Diploma holders)
✔ Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience (for B.Tech / M.Sc. candidates)
(Experience in solar PV installation, rooftop systems, O&M, or renewable energy projects preferred)
