Role Overview
SATYAM SATPUDA SAMAJ SEWA SAMITI is inviting applications from qualified and ToT-certified Trainers to deliver high-quality, competency-based training for the job role Electronic Hardware Assembly Operator (ELE/Q6605). The Trainer will play a crucial role in skill development, certification success, and placement readiness, in alignment with NSQF, SSC, and NCVET standards.
Trainer Eligibility (As per NSQF & SSC Norms)
✅ Mandatory Requirement
- Trainer must be ToT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council (SSC) for ELE/Q6605.
✅ Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Electronics & Communication / Mechatronics
OR - B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Allied Engineering Disciplines
OR - Equivalent vocational qualification with relevant job-role certification
✅ Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in electronics hardware assembly, production, testing, or maintenance
- Experience in skill training / vocational education is preferred
Key Roles & Responsibilities
📌 Counsel and guide candidates regarding training outcomes, certification, and career pathways
📌 Deliver theory and practical training strictly as per SSC-approved curriculum (ELE/Q6605)
📌 Monitor trainee attendance and maintain compliance records
📌 Prepare and submit daily MIS reports and training documentation
📌 Conduct pre-assessment and mock assessments
📌 Prepare candidates for final SSC/NCVET assessments and certification
📌 Motivate trainees for placements, discipline, and high performance
📌 Ensure minimum 95% certification results with quality assurance
