Physics Wallah (PW) is seeking a motivated, student-centric Counselor for our Government Exam Offline Counselling Program. The role demands high engagement with students, providing guidance, solving queries, and supporting them in selecting the right courses for their competitive exam preparation. Your contribution will directly impact their learning journey and success.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide career & academic counselling for Government Exam courses.
✔ Attend and guide walk-in students, handle queries, and convert them into admissions.
✔ Explain course structure, batch options, fees, and outcomes clearly & effectively.
✔ Maintain daily reports of inquiries, follow-ups & admission conversions.
✔ Build a strong relationship with students & parents for trust-based guidance.
✔ Coordinate with sales & academic teams to ensure smooth admission operations.
✔ Participate in student outreach seminars, counselling sessions & centre activities.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
📌 Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream)
📌 Experience: 1–2 years in Counselling/Sales preferred
📌 Experience in Ed-Tech / Offline Counselling / Government Exam Preparation Domain is an added advantage
📌 Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
📌 Ability to understand student needs and counsel efficiently
📌 Target-driven mindset with a problem-solving approach
