🔹About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Operations Specialist to support and streamline our end-to-end hiring lifecycle. This role demands strong recruitment knowledge, hands-on experience in talent operations, and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to build a strong workforce for BlueStone.
📠Key Responsibilities
✔ Collaborate with hiring managers to identify & fulfil manpower requirements
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for bulk hiring (Sales & Non-IT roles)
✔ Source, screen & evaluate candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other portals
✔ Conduct initial telephonic rounds and schedule interviews
✔ Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts & onboarding coordination
✔ Maintain records, reports & hiring dashboards through ATS
✔ Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvement
✔ Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout selection stages
🎯 What We’re Looking For
🔸 Qualification: Graduate with relevant HR exposure
🔸 Experience: 0–1 year in Talent Acquisition/Talent Operations
🔸 Must have hands-on experience in recruitment & sourcing
🔸 Knowledge of ATS tools is preferred
🔸 Strong communication, negotiation & coordination skills
🔸 Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
