💰 Salary: ₹25,000/- CTC per month
🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / DSW / Paraprofessional in Social Work
📑 Experienced candidates preferred with strong knowledge of community mobilization
🔹 Position Overview
NIIT Foundation is looking for a proactive and community-driven professional who can create meaningful engagement at the grassroots level. The role involves direct interaction with community members, mobilization activities, and ensuring active participation for the Colgate Project. Ideal for individuals passionate about social development and field impact.
📠Key Responsibilities
- 🔹 Mobilize and engage community members for project interventions
- 🔹 Conduct awareness drives, field surveys, door-to-door visits & local events
- 🔹 Coordinate with local leaders, panchayats, influencers, groups & institutions
- 🔹 Organize workshops, sensitization sessions & beneficiary outreach activities
- 🔹 Maintain daily field reports, records, surveys & MIS documentation
- 🔹 Strengthen beneficiary participation through active field follow-ups
- 🔹 Build long-term relationships & networks within the community
💼 Required Skills & Experience
- ✔ 2–4 years of field/community mobilization experience
- ✔ Strong grassroots understanding & social sector exposure
- ✔ Excellent communication in Hindi & Marathi (basic English preferred)
- ✔ Good rapport-building, public dealing & networking ability
- ✔ Capacity to work on-field, conduct awareness & outreach activities
- ✔ Willingness to travel and engage with diverse community groups
