🔹 Job Role: Data Engineer
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Data Engineer who possesses strong experience in building, optimizing and managing data pipelines and architectures. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge in data modeling, ETL processes, and modern Big Data/Data Warehousing tools.
🛠Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines & data architectures
- Work with large, complex data sets to meet business requirements
- Build automated ETL workflows & data processing frameworks
- Optimize data systems for maximum performance, scalability & reliability
- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Developers & Business Teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Integrate various data sources using APIs, data streaming or batch processing
- Implement data quality checkpoints, validations & error-handling mechanisms
- Maintain documentation, data flow diagrams, and version-controlled repositories
🔑 Required Skills & Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python/Scala/Java
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools, Data Modeling & Warehousing
- Experience in Big Data Ecosystem (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive, HBase, etc.)
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
- Understanding of data architecture, data governance & security
- Good analytical, troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
