Medhavi Foundation is looking for a highly skilled and TOT Certified Trainer – Baking Technician/Operative (FIC/Q5005) to deliver structured, industry-aligned training under NSQF guidelines. The role involves theory + practical delivery, assessment preparation, candidate mentoring, and performance tracking to ensure successful certification and placement outcomes.
🧑🫠Core Responsibilities
- ðŸ—£ï¸ Counsel and guide candidates throughout the training lifecycle
- 📘 Deliver domain training strictly as per SSC-approved curriculum
- ðŸ—“ï¸ Maintain attendance, discipline & structured classroom environment
- 📊 Prepare and submit Daily MIS reports (attendance, performance, training progress)
- 📠Conduct pre-assessment to identify learning level & readiness
- 🅠Prepare trainees for external assessments & certification evaluation
- 🙌 Motivate candidates for improved performance & placement aspiration
- 🎯 Achieve minimum 95% certification success rate
🎓 Qualification & Eligibility (As per NSQF Guidelines)
- ✔ Mandatory: TOT-Certified Trainer (FIC/Q5005 Qualification Pack)
- Academic Background (Any one accepted as per SSC norms):
- 🎓 Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E / M.Sc. / M.Tech / M.E in
Food Technology / Food Engineering / Food Science / Home Science / Bakery / Hotel Management
- 🎓 Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E / M.Sc. / M.Tech / M.E in
- Industry Experience Requirement:
- 🧠Diploma Holders → 3–4 years in bakery/food processing
- 🎓 Bachelor Degree Holders → Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- 🎓 Post-Graduate Holders → Minimum 2 years industry experience
- 🧠Diploma Holders → 3–4 years in bakery/food processing
- Prior experience as a Vocational Trainer/Faculty in Food or Bakery domain preferred
