Medhavi Foundation is seeking a committed and passionate General Duty Assistant Trainer (HSS/Q5101) to train, guide, motivate, and prepare Healthcare candidates for successful assessment, certification, and placement. The role demands a result-driven professional with strong teaching capability, sound domain knowledge, and excellent mentoring skills.
🆠Key Responsibilities
- 💬 Counselling candidates regarding course structure, career path & training expectations.
- 📚 Deliver high-quality training strictly as per Sector Skill Council curriculum.
- 📠Maintain attendance, batch records & training progress regularly.
- 📊 Prepare and submit Daily MIS reports accurately and on time.
- 🔠Conduct Pre-Assessment tests and evaluate candidate readiness.
- 🎯 Prepare trainees for final assessment & certification through revision, mock tests & skill boosting sessions.
- 🔥 Motivate candidates to achieve high performance & job readiness.
- 🅠Responsible for maintaining 95% certification result success.
- 🤠Support candidates post-training for interview preparation & placement opportunities.
âœ”ï¸ Eligibility – Qualification, Skills & Experience (as per NSQF Standards)
- 📜 TOT Certification mandatory from the respective Sector Skill Council.
- ðŸ‘©âš•ï¸ Education Qualification (any one required):
- B.Sc Nursing – 1+ year experience
- GNM – 3+ years’ experience
- HSS/Q5101 certified professional – 6+ years' field experience
- B.Sc Nursing – 1+ year experience
- 🧠Strong understanding of GDA job role, healthcare training procedures & assessment framework.
- 🗣 Excellent communication, presentation & counselling skills.
- 💻 Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reports, MIS handling).
- 🌱 Patient-centric approach, disciplined, target oriented and passionate about teaching.
