🔶 About the Role
PADMA RANJEETA EDUCATION TRUST is inviting applications for the role of Solar PV Module Manufacturing Technician Trainer (QP: SGJ/Q0119) to train, mentor and guide candidates under Sector Skill Council guidelines. The trainer will deliver high-quality sessions as per NSQF standards, prepare learners for certification, and drive excellent training results with a strong focus on outcomes and placement.
🛠Key Responsibilities
- 🎓 Counselling and orientation of candidates regarding program, goal & opportunities
- 🧾 Delivering training sessions as per SCGJ-approved module curriculum for SGJ/Q0119
- 📅 Monitoring & maintaining students’ attendance, discipline & batch progress
- 📊 Preparing Daily MIS reports with training status & performance tracking
- 📠Conducting pre-assessments to evaluate candidate readiness
- 🅠Training learners for assessment & certification with systematic preparation
- 🌟 Motivating candidates for high performance, placement readiness & confidence building
- 🎯 Ensuring minimum 95% training result success rate and skill excellence
🎓 Qualification, Skills & Eligibility
- ✔ Must be TOT Certified Trainer by respective Sector Skill Council
- 📘 Education & Experience as per NSQF & SCGJ norms
- 🔠Domain certification in Solar PV Module Manufacturing Technician (SGJ/Q0119) preferred
- ðŸ 1–2+ years experience in Solar PV production/assembly/manufacturing preferred
- 💬 Strong communication, training delivery & learner engagement skills
- 🔄 Ability to motivate trainees, achieve results & maintain professional discipline
- 📂 Knowledge of documentation, MIS, training compliance & learner evaluation
