Lobb Logistics is expanding its market presence and building a strong transporter network across regions. We are looking for a dynamic, passionate & result-aligned Business Development Executive who can drive growth, strengthen market relationships, and accelerate business onboarding.


🏆 Position: Business Development Executive

🎓 Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
📅 Experience: 1–2+ Years in Business Development
⏳ Immediate Joiners Preferred


🔥 Key Responsibilities

  • 📈 Identify & convert new business opportunities (Hub & Spoke Model)
  • 📞 Cold call & meet transporters / truck owners on field
  • 🧭 Extensive field travel (70%+) to build active market presence
  • 🤝 Build & maintain relationships with transporters & truckers
  • 🗂 Manage onboarding, documentation & partner verification
  • 📲 Guide partners in using Lobb Mobile App for transactions
  • 💰 Ensure timely payment follow-up & resolution
  • 📊 Report competitor updates, pricing, and market insights
  • 🎯 Meet monthly acquisition & business growth targets

  • 🏍 Must have own bike with valid licence
  • 🗣 Fluent in Hindi & English communication
  • 💡 Strong negotiation & deal-closure capability
  • âš¡ High energy, disciplined & goal-focused personality
  • 💻 Proficient with MS Office + mobile applications
