🔷 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, skilled, and SSC-certified Solar LED Technician (ELE/Q5903) Trainer who can deliver high-quality training as per NSQF standards. The ideal candidate must be passionate about skilling youth, ensuring strong learning outcomes, and maintaining a 95%+ certification success rate.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualification (As per NSQF Standards)
- Must be TOT Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council.
- Minimum qualification as per SSC norms: Diploma / ITI / CITS / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or relevant technical discipline.
- 2+ years industry experience in Solar or LED installation/repair & 1 year training experience preferred.
- Strong classroom management, practical demonstration, and communication skills.
- Ability to guide, motivate, and counsel candidates effectively.

📘 Training & Curriculum Delivery
- Deliver training strictly as per SSC-approved curriculum for Solar LED Technician (ELE/Q5903).
- Conduct theory, practical sessions, live demos, and hands-on activities.
🧑🫠Candidate Guidance & Support
- Counsel and motivate candidates regarding career paths, learning methods, and placement opportunities.
- Maintain high engagement and discipline throughout the training cycle.
📊 Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain daily attendance, training logs, and discipline.
- Prepare and submit Daily MIS Reports to the center/management.
📠Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct pre-assessments to evaluate student readiness.
- Prepare candidates for final assessment & certification.
- Ensure 95%+ result success rate in every batch.

- Motivate trainees for better performance, certification grades, and job placement readiness.
