🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / MBA (HR preferred)
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 CTC per month


📝 Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Admin/Assistant to support daily HR operations, administrative activities, and employee coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on HR knowledge, and the ability to maintain a positive work culture.


🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage recruitment activities – screening, shortlisting & scheduling interviews
✔️ Handle onboarding & joining formalities
✔️ Maintain employee records, databases & HR documentation
✔️ Assist in payroll processing & attendance management
✔️ Manage administrative tasks – emails, coordination, office documentation
✔️ Support HR policies, employee engagement & grievance handling
✔️ Prepare MIS reports, HR dashboards & daily updates
✔️ Maintain smooth communication between departments
✔️ Handle vendor coordination & office administration work
