The ideal candidate will be responsible for community outreach, student/trainee mobilization, conducting awareness activities, and driving enrolments for skill development programs.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria
- âœ”ï¸ Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
- âœ”ï¸ Preferred Qualification: Graduate in Management or related field
- âœ”ï¸ Experience: 2–3 years (Mobilization, Logistics, Supply Chain, Community Outreach, Field Work)
- âœ”ï¸ Strong communication, training & coordination skills
📠Roles & Responsibilities
- 🔹 Conduct field visits, community meetings, and mobilization drives
- 🔹 Identify potential candidates for training & skill development programs
- 🔹 Build strong relations with local communities, schools, NGOs, panchayats, and partners
- 🔹 Organize awareness sessions, skill camps, and counselling sessions
- 🔹 Maintain proper data of mobilized candidates
- 🔹 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly mobilization targets
- 🔹 Coordinate with training center teams for seamless onboarding
- 🔹 Create awareness about program benefits and career opportunities
