📠Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating sales, managing retailer/ distributor relationships, ensuring product visibility, and achieving monthly targets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in FMCG field operations and strong communication & negotiation skills.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
âœ”ï¸ Visit retail markets daily and generate sales orders
âœ”ï¸ Develop and maintain relationships with retailers & distributors
âœ”ï¸ Ensure product placement, visibility & availability in the market
âœ”ï¸ Achieve monthly sales targets and track competitor activities
âœ”ï¸ Handle route planning and daily reporting
âœ”ï¸ Execute promotional activities and brand visibility plans
âœ”ï¸ Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager
âœ”ï¸ Resolve customer issues and ensure high service standards
