📝 Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating sales, managing retailer/ distributor relationships, ensuring product visibility, and achieving monthly targets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in FMCG field operations and strong communication & negotiation skills.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Visit retail markets daily and generate sales orders
✔️ Develop and maintain relationships with retailers & distributors
✔️ Ensure product placement, visibility & availability in the market
✔️ Achieve monthly sales targets and track competitor activities
✔️ Handle route planning and daily reporting
✔️ Execute promotional activities and brand visibility plans
✔️ Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager
✔️ Resolve customer issues and ensure high service standards
