We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong FMCG field marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive product visibility and outreach across target markets.
📌 Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct field marketing activities to promote products in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.
- Execute promotional campaigns, product demos, and market activations.
- Monitor competitor activities and gather market insights.
- Achieve monthly targets for visibility, outreach, and conversions.
- Implement territory-wise marketing strategies.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on market visits, customer feedback, and outcomes.
- Ensure proper placement, branding, and visibility of company products.
