Role Overview:
As a Recruiter at Zepto, you will be the bridge between talent and opportunity. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top-notch candidates to facilitating seamless hiring experiences. Your insights and proactive approach will help build teams that drive Zepto’s growth story.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, engage, and attract high-caliber candidates through innovative channels and strategies.
- Conduct thorough screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the right fit.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment workflow – scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and managing offers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide insightful reports to leadership.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, talent market intelligence, and emerging recruitment tools.
