📄 Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Mobiliser to join Magic Bus India Foundation. The Mobiliser will be responsible for identifying potential youth, engaging communities, and ensuring successful enrolment into our livelihood & skilling programs. The ideal candidate should be confident, field-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders.

📝 Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to identify, counsel, and mobilize eligible youth for the program.
• Build strong relationships with communities, schools, panchayats, NGOs, and local influencers.
• Organize community meetings, awareness drives, and mobilization campaigns.
• Maintain proper records of mobilization activities and submit daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Support the screening and registration process of candidates.
• Coordinate with trainers, center managers, and other team members to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track and follow up with candidates until successful enrolment.
• Ensure mobilization targets and timelines are achieved.
• Promote Magic Bus programs effectively in the local community.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• 1.5–2 years of experience in mobilization, field outreach, or community engagement.
• Mandatory knowledge of Kannada language.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with youth & communities.
• Basic documentation and reporting skills.
