📠Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to join Magic Bus India Foundation. The trainer will be responsible for empowering youth with essential life skills, communication abilities, and workplace readiness. The ideal candidate must be experienced, confident, and capable of delivering engaging sessions in Kannada.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive Soft Skills Training sessions for youth, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and workplace etiquette.
- Deliver training as per Magic Bus curriculum and guidelines.
- Mentor, motivate, and guide learners to improve their personal and professional development.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Plan and execute engaging classroom activities to enhance learning outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for program implementation and reporting.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in soft skills / life skills / communication training.
- Strong command over Kannada (mandatory).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
