💼 Position: Senior Manager (Programs)
Qualification Required: Postgraduate Degree (MPH / MSW / Social Sciences / Public Health / Management)
Experience: 12–15 years of progressive experience in program management
Minimum Qualification Mentioned by Requirement: 12th pass with strong knowledge (but SEEDS expects PG qualification as per role needs)
📠Job Summary
The Senior Manager (Programs) will provide strategic leadership for multi-state projects, drive resource mobilization, manage donor relations, and strengthen partnerships. This role demands a dynamic, visionary professional capable of building high-performing teams, ensuring program excellence, and driving measurable community impact.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
- Lead programmatic, technical, and operational functions across states and districts.
- Guide planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of multi-sectoral projects.
- Ensure implementation quality, compliance, and achievement of program outcomes.
Resource Mobilization & Donor Engagement
- Drive business development, CSR engagement, and institutional fundraising.
- Lead proposal writing, concept note development, and donor presentations.
- Maintain strong donor relations and ensure timely reporting.
Stakeholder & Government Liaison
- Strengthen partnerships with government departments, CSR entities, NGOs, and development agencies.
- Represent SEEDS at national and state-level forums, consultations, and meetings.
Team Leadership & Capacity Building
- Manage, mentor, and build high-performing program teams.
- Conduct regular reviews, capacity-building initiatives, and performance assessments.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Oversee data-driven monitoring, evaluation, and documentation.
- Ensure timely MIS updates, project reports, and impact assessments.
Other Requirements
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project locations.
