The Guest Service Associate (Food & Beverage) is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in dining establishments, ensuring their experience is enjoyable, seamless, and memorable. This role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Interaction:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Assist guests in making menu selections, providing information about dishes, ingredients, and special offers.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, or concerns promptly and professionally.

Order Taking & Service:

• Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.
• Handle special dietary requests and ensure proper preparation and presentation of food items.

Hygiene & Cleanliness:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Handle food and beverages in compliance with sanitation regulations.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Technical Education : Diploma

Certificate : TOT Certified in Guest service associate (Food & Beverage)

Industrial Certificate : Experience
