Job Summary ðŸ“
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Fashion Design Trainer to guide women through practical training in fashion design, tailoring, and handmade products. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with excellent teaching and communication skills to deliver engaging and result-driven sessions. 🎯
Key Responsibilities ✅
- Conduct training sessions in fashion design, tailoring, and handmade products ✂ï¸ðŸ‘—
- Counsel and guide trainees to ensure learning outcomes are achieved 🎓
- Manage batches effectively, maintaining discipline and positive learning environment 🧑ðŸ«
- Coordinate with field staff, centers, and production teams ðŸ¤
- Maintain accurate training reports, attendance sheets, and documentation 📊
- Ensure quality, safety, and attention to detail during training sessions 🛡ï¸
- Communicate effectively via WhatsApp, email, and other digital tools 💬
- Travel to field locations as per batch schedules 🛵
Qualifications & Experience 🎓
- Education: 12th pass; Diploma/Graduate in Fashion Design or Tailoring preferred 🎨
- Experience: 2–3 years in training, skill development, or production-based training ðŸ
- Practical knowledge of stitching, handmade products, or similar vocational skills ✂ï¸
Core Skills & Competencies 🌟
- Strong verbal and written communication âœï¸
- Ability to manage and motivate trainees with patience and assertiveness 💪
- Good coordination and teamwork with staff and production teams ðŸ¤
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and digital communication tools 💻
- Attention to quality, detail, and safety in training sessions ✅
- Self-motivated, confident, and passionate about women empowerment 🌸
Other Requirements ðŸï¸
- Willingness to travel to multiple training locations 🚗
- Must have a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license 🛵
