We are looking for a highly skilled and TOT-certified Trainer to deliver world-class training for Electric Vehicle Assembly Operators (ASC/Q3606). 🎓 Trainer Education, Qualification & Experience

As per NSQF & ASC/Q3606 standards:

• ITI (Turner/Fitter/Electric) with 4+ years industry experience + 1 year training experience,
  or 5+ years industry experience without training experience.
• Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile) with 3+ years industry experience + 1 year training experience,
  or 4+ years industry experience without training experience.
• Must be TOT-certified for ASC/Q3606 and hold trainer certification mapped to MEP/Q2601.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• 👥 Counselling: Guide candidates before and during training sessions.
• 📚 Training Delivery: Conduct sessions as per the SSC-approved curriculum.
• 📈 Monitoring & Reporting: Track attendance, maintain records, and submit daily MIS reports.
• 📝 Pre-assessment: Assess candidates’ skills and identify improvement areas.
• 🎯 Assessment & Certification Prep: Prepare candidates for final SSC assessments and certifications.
