We are hiring a dynamic and passionate Electric Vehicle Maintenance Technician (ASC/Q6809) Trainer who is TOT-certified by the respective Sector Skill Council. The trainer will guide, inspire, and train candidates as per the NSQF-aligned curriculum and ensure excellent learning outcomes and placement readiness.
ðŸ› ï¸ Key Responsibilities
- 🎯 Counselling candidates regarding course details, career opportunities & goals.
- 📚 Delivering training sessions as per the ASDC/SSC-approved module curriculum.
- 🕒 Monitoring and recording attendance regularly.
- 📠Maintaining Daily MIS reports (attendance, performance, progress).
- 🧪 Conducting pre-assessments for readiness evaluation.
- 🅠Preparing candidates for final assessment & certification as per SSC guidelines.
- 💼 Motivating trainees for placement, career growth & achieving top grades.
- 🔥 Ensuring 95% result guarantee through high-quality training delivery.
🎓 Trainer Qualification (as per NSQF / SSC Norms)
- âœ”ï¸ TOT Certified Trainer – Mandatory (SSC/NSDC/Accredited Body).
- âœ”ï¸ Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile, EV or similar domain.
- âœ”ï¸ Industry Experience: Relevant hands-on experience in EV maintenance, servicing, diagnostics, or automotive electrical systems.
- âœ”ï¸ Training Experience: Prior experience as Trainer/Instructor preferred.
- âœ”ï¸ Skills:
- Strong EV domain knowledge âš¡
