🔎 Position Overview
Scirobnics Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and TOT-Certified Trainer to train candidates for the job role Electric Vehicle Quality Control Inspector (ASC/Q6307) as per NSQF and SSC guidelines. The ideal candidate must have strong domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for training and mentoring.
ðŸ› ï¸ Key Responsibilities
- 🧑🫠Counsel candidates on career options and suitability before training.
- 📚 Deliver training strictly as per the SSC-approved module curriculum for ASC/Q6307.
- 📋 Monitor and record attendance of all trainees regularly.
- ðŸ—‚ï¸ Maintain Daily MIS Reports on progress, attendance & module status.
- 📠Conduct Pre-Assessment to evaluate candidate readiness.
- 🎯 Prepare trainees for final assessment & certification (theory + practical).
- 💼 Motivate candidates to aim for high grades and support in placement readiness.
- 🆠Ensure a 95% training success rate with high-quality outcomes.
🎓 Trainer Qualification (As per NSQF & SSC Norms)
- âœ”ï¸ TOT Certification from respective Sector Skill Council (Mandatory)
- âœ”ï¸ Educational background in Automobile / Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or related fields (as per NSQF guidelines)
- âœ”ï¸ Relevant industry experience in EV manufacturing, automotive quality control, or related QC operations
- âœ”ï¸ Prior training experience preferred
- âœ”ï¸ Strong communication, analytical thinking, and domain expertise
