🔸 Patient Care & Clinical Duties
- Provide high-standard nursing care in OT / ICU / Ward settings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vitals, manage patient charts, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist doctors in procedures and ensure proper pre- and post-operative care.
🔸 Operational Responsibilities
- Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
🔸 Communication & Coordination
- Counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-care.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth patient management.
