🔎 Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and highly skilled Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of livelihood, skills development, non-farm enterprise promotion, and employment-linked initiatives under our CSR programs. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, monitoring, reporting, and ensuring impactful on-ground delivery.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation & Management

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of livelihood & skills projects.
• Develop project strategies, action plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure high-quality training, capacity building, and employment outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate with community groups, NGOs, training partners, and government bodies.
• Build partnerships for non-farm enterprise promotion and employability initiatives.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project progress through MIS, field visits, and performance reviews.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, dashboards, case studies, and impact documentation.

Team Leadership

• Guide field teams to achieve project goals and ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide mentoring and support to trainers, mobilizers, and coordinators.

Community & Beneficiary Engagement

• Conduct awareness activities, mobilize beneficiaries, and ensure program participation.
• Support enterprise development, market linkages, and livelihood enhancement.

📌 Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: Graduation with strong practical understanding of project management.

Preferred Qualification: Masters in Rural Development, Social Work, Social Sciences, Rural Management, or relevant field.

Proven 5–10 years of experience in livelihood, skills, employment, or enterprise development projects.
