Policybazaar.com is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager with a strong background in Prime Segment Home Loans. The ideal candidate will excel in self-sourcing business, effectively manage channel partners, and consistently achieve business and customer experience targets.

- 🚀 Drive new business through self-sourcing and proactive engagement with channel partners (connecters)
- 🤠Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- 🎯 Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets while maintaining high standards of customer experience
- 💡 Provide consultative advice to clients on home loan solutions tailored to their needs
- 🗠Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- 📊 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to identify growth opportunities
