About the Role:
Policybazaar is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to drive end-to-end recruitment and talent strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing top talent, analyzing recruitment metrics, and delivering actionable insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- 🎯 End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- 📊 Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track and report metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Offer-to-Join Ratio, Attrition Trends, and Hiring Funnel.
- 🔠Talent Insights: Monitor hiring patterns and provide insights to support workforce planning and TA strategy.
- ðŸ› ï¸ Process Optimization: Collaborate with business leaders to identify gaps and improve recruitment processes.
- ✅ Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with policies and audit requirements.
- 📈 Forecasting & Planning: Develop models for resource planning and future hiring needs.
Key Skills & Expertise:
- 💡 Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Analytics.
- ðŸ–¥ï¸ Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- 📊 Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights.
- 🤠Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- 🔎 Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.
- ðŸ—£ï¸ Strong communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
- 🎓 Graduation in any discipline.
- 🆠Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
