Policybazaar.com is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Specialist with a strong background in data management, reporting, dashboard development, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience in handling end-to-end MIS functions, generating insights, and supporting business decisions through accurate reporting.

📝 Job Summary

The MIS Specialist will be responsible for managing complete MIS operations, developing automated dashboards, analyzing business data, and preparing insightful reports for leadership. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent command over data visualization tools, and the ability to interpret metrics such as performance trends, productivity indicators, operational KPIs, and efficiency parameters. This position plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy, business planning, and continuous process improvement.

📌 Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Manage and maintain the organization’s MIS framework and reporting structure
• Develop, analyze, and publish dashboards & reports covering key business metrics and KPIs
• Monitor operational patterns and generate insights to support business planning and strategies
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all business-related data
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for leadership and cross-functional teams
• Build and automate dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Identify process gaps and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency
• Support documentation, audit, and compliance requirements for all MIS operations
• Develop forecasting models and projections based on historical and current data trends
