🧩 Role: Sales & Marketing Manager

📍 Location: Pune (Extensive Travel Required)

🧠 Experience: 10+ Years (Preferably in Education / NGO Sector)

🎓 Qualification: Graduation (MBA Preferred)

🔥 Key Responsibilities

Sales & Outreach

• 🤝 Lead institutional sales and build strategic partnerships with schools, NGOs, and educational networks.
• 🎯 Develop and execute national-level sales strategies to expand the Medhakshar footprint.
• 📈 Achieve outreach targets and drive program adoption across states.

Marketing & Branding

• 📣 Oversee all marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, offline promotions, and brand-building activities.
• 💡 Plan and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance Medhakshar’s visibility and credibility.
• 🌐 Coordinate with creative teams to manage social media, content, and communication channels.

Relationship Management

• 🏫 Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations with school leadership and stakeholders.
• 🗂 Maintain strong long-term relationships with partner institutions and ecosystem leaders.
• 🔍 Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging needs.

Strategic Leadership

• 🤲 Collaborate closely with senior leadership to plan expansion strategies.
• 🛠 Drive continuous improvement across outreach, marketing, and engagement processes.

💡 What We Look For

• ✔ Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (10+ years), preferably in the education / non-profit sector
• ✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• ✔ Strong understanding of educational sales, outreach, and market dynamics
• ✔ Ability to develop marketing strategies and manage digital campaigns
• ✔ Passion for value-based learning and creating positive social impact
• ✔ Willingness to travel extensively for school visits and partner meetings
• ✔ Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally
