The Guest Service Associate (Housekeeping) is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and comfort of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with hotel standards. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Room Cleaning and Maintenance:

1. Clean and prepare guest rooms daily, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
2. Sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.

2) Public Area Cleaning:

1. Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other public areas.
2. Restock and organize housekeeping trolleys and supply closets.

3) Guest Interaction:

1. Greet and assist guests with inquiries or requests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Handle guest complaints or escalate them to the supervisor/manager when necessary.

4) Adherence to Standards:

1. Follow hotel housekeeping policies and safety procedures.
2. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

5) Inventory and Supplies:

1. Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and amenities, and report replenishment needs.
2. Handle and report lost and found items appropriately.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Technical Education : Diploma

Certificate : TOT Certified in Guest service associate (Housekeeping)

Industrial Certificate : Experience
