🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding Allied Health programs.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads effectively.
• Guide students through the admission process and program details.
• Conduct career counselling sessions to understand candidate goals.
• Convert inquiries into admissions to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain student data, records, follow-ups, and daily MIS updates.
• Coordinate with academic teams for enrolment & orientation.
• Participate in outreach activities, seminars, and events.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing ability and result-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of admission counselling processes.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

💼 Eligibility

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in education counselling/admissions.
