🔎 Position Overview
Lok Bharti is urgently hiring a dedicated and skilled Logistic Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in logistics and the ability to effectively train and mentor trainees.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- 📘 Deliver classroom and on-ground practical training sessions
- 📠Prepare, update, and maintain training modules and materials
- 📊 Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- 📈 Continuously enhance training quality as per industry standards
- 🤠Ensure trainees are job-ready with proper skills and confidence
🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills
- âœ”ï¸ Minimum 10th Pass
- âœ”ï¸ 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
- âœ”ï¸ Strong communication & presentation skills
- âœ”ï¸ Prior training experience is a plus
- âœ”ï¸ Ability to handle trainees with patience and professionalism
