The Guest Service Associate (Food & Beverage) is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests. This role involves assisting with food and beverage preparation, serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel valued and comfortable.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and offer recommendations based on guests' preferences.

Operations

• Set up dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations as per service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Compliance and Safety

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages.
• Follow company policies regarding cash handling, billing, and service standards.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods, sharing workload to maintain guest satisfaction.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Technical Education : Diploma

Certificate : TOT Certified in Guest Service Associate (Food & Beverage)

Industrial Certificate : Experience
