We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager who can drive client acquisition, manage relationships, and contribute to the company’s long-term growth.

- Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through various channels.
- Handle online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose relevant IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Work closely with the technical team to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM and sales reports for management review.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
