📠About the Role
Logicon Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic Facilities team. The ideal candidate must be proactive, responsible, and capable of managing day-to-day property operations with professionalism.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth property maintenance, vendor coordination, and tenant satisfaction.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- 🢠Oversee daily property and facility operations
- 🤠Manage vendor services: housekeeping, maintenance, security, repairs
- 😊 Ensure timely resolution of tenant complaints and requests
- 🔠Conduct routine inspections for safety, cleanliness & compliance
- ðŸ—‚ï¸ Maintain records of maintenance activities & vendor performance
- ðŸ› ï¸ Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
- 📉 Monitor utility usage & support cost-efficient operations
- 📑 Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards & statutory requirements
- ðŸ—ï¸ Assist in planning property upgrades and improvements
👤 Candidate Requirements
- 🎓 Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- ðŸ› ï¸ Experience: Mandatory experience in Property Management / Facility Operations
- 📚 Good knowledge of property maintenance & vendor coordination
- ðŸ—£ï¸ Strong communication and coordination skills
- 💼 Ability to handle tenants, contractors & operational issues
- 🧠Problem-solving ability with multitasking skills
