📠Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding NIIT’s products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns, queries, and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer interaction records in the CRM system.
- Adhere to NIIT’s communication guidelines and service protocols.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality at all times.
- Meet daily/weekly targets related to call quality and productivity.
