The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-first approach. Candidates with experience in BPO/Customer Service will be preferred.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience: 0–3 years in Voice / Chat / Customer Support
- Good command over English (spoken & written)
- Must be comfortable with Rotational Shifts (including night shift)
💬 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through voice calls & live chat support
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow communication guidelines and process workflows
- Document interactions appropriately in the system
- Assist customers with professionalism, patience, and empathy

- Excellent verbal & written English communication
- Strong customer service & problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge & typing speed
