Adamas University is seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Executive – Skill Development Training Initiatives to support student mobilization and enquiry management under various skill development programs. The candidate must have strong market knowledge, especially within Barasat and surrounding areas, along with hands-on experience in marketing and counselling within the skill development ecosystem.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing, outreach, and mobilization activities for skill development programs.
- Handle student enquiries and convert leads into enrolments.
- Identify the target segment and plan daily field activities.
- Build strong networks with influencers, community groups, institutions, NGOs, and local leaders.
- Counsel students and parents on program benefits, career outcomes, and training opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly mobilization targets.
- Maintain proper MIS and submit daily activity and field visit reports.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Conduct regular field visits across Barasat and nearby areas for mobilization.

- Should be well-versed with Barasat local market and community areas
